Dare i say it, i'm starting to love maths lessons and i actually look forward to it. Well, Mrs Wong has really changed my whole perception of maths. I guess it's not that boring a subject after all. Thanks Mrs Wong, you're an amazing teacher. I'm seriously aiming to get at least a B for EOY Maths exams. Which means I should start working from now onwards, off to practice my maths.

The weekend's come to an end, again, how sad. I spent my sunday checking out the new mall with Sue, ION @ ORCHARD. Aish couldn't come along cause she had something on at her uncle's house. We trained to Orchard and when we reached there, the mall was super packed. There were so many awesome shops selling awesome clothes, shoes and bags. We went to check out some of the shops and after trying a few clothes, let's just say time flew by very fast and it was 4 plus by the time we decided to go to Tampines. There were so many nice things but somehow, I just couldn't bring myself to use my money to buy the stuff. I just can't part with my money. HUAHUA. I'd rather save all my money first and splurge at the end of the year when everything's on sale.

Oh yeah, i guess it's gonna be a week before i post again and fasting month's coming real soon.

I watched the parade and i thought the news coverage on the bomb thingy was cool. It's like a change compared to the NDP's in the previous years. Oh yeah, i recited the pledge at 8.22 and i'm proud of it. (: Nothing much happened today, basically, i finished up my homework while watching every single 'NATIONAL DAY MOVIE' special. HAHA. What a way to slack, nabilah.
I'm done with most of the homework, just left with the one word composition for english.

National Day Celebration at school on the 7th was great. Thank goodness the observance ceremony went well and everything. It was humid and I had to stand with my boots throughout the national day message, but whatever, it's over. I just love national day celebrations. It's the only day out of the whole year where everyone is so united and sing the anthem and recite the pledge together as one. I just find it really cool, don't you? The mass walk was exactly like last year, just a boring walk around the neighbourhood. The only difference this year was that we could see the different mascots from all the classes. I thought the classes were pretty creative. There were lions, Lee Kuan Yew's, Singapore idol contestants and even Phua Chu Kang. Sadly, i couldn't capture any images cause I didn't bring my camera. Oh yeaaah, 3/6 won 2nd for most creative mascot. HAHA. Adli was pretty cute in the heart boards and the starry hairbands and the face paint and all. (: I thought Crestians Got Talent was the best out of the three years. All the participants were talented and well, they just enjoyed themselves on stage. I seriously admire their confidence. It's not easy to sing/dance in front of everyone when you don't even know whether they will cheer for you/jeer at you. I was impressed at all the participants, they made the celebration a greaaaat one. And of course, who can forget, the guest performers. AISHAH & FASHIHAH.
I'm super proud of babe, she's gonna go far one day. When you're popular one day, don't ever forget me, okay, babe?

After the celebration, I was practically running from the hall to the classroom cause I was late to meet Valerie. She was getting pissed off after having to wait for like half an hour before I finally walked out of the school gates. Sorry val, they said school was gonna end at 10.30. So yeah, me and val had lunch at Pastamania. Ohmygosh, i was being so blur when the guy at the counter asked me to choose my pasta. How was i suppose to know? This may sound unbelievable but I've never eaten at Pastamania before. Well, my prawn aglio tasted good and spicy. After which, we exchanged our belated farewell presents. Thanks VALERIE for the new pink pencilbox! :D

Tick tock, time's running out. It's already august, and end of year exams are just a couple of months away. Which is seriously scary, come to think of it. Everything's going to skyrocket from now. Exams, results, beginning of 2010, march common tests, mid year exams, prelim exams, O levels. I'm lying if i say i'm not freaked out. O levels are coming real soon and i've got not much time left. Like Mrs Wong said, 'You studied 10 years only for this examination'. I just wanna do really well for O levels and go to Meridian JC. I probably cannot make it, but i'm gonna try real hard.

To prepare for EOY, babe and me have been so enthusiastic & determined that we bought Shinglee's sec 3 maths workbook so we could practice together if possible, everyday after school. Woooo, can you see the self-motivation? I've decided, that in order to do well, i gotta put myself a distance away from all distractions, so i'm gonna delete my blog, friendster & facebook/go on hiatus mode starting from march next year. The hard work will pay off in the end, they say.

It's the end of a tiring and never-ending week, finally. But, now the weekends are over. It's strange how time flies on weekends and how time stands at a still on weekdays. I thought Maths Common Test was pretty hard. I just suck at equations of graphs at sketching of graphs. 1 down, 4 to go. English tmr, Science on tuesday, History on friday & POA the following week. Oh gosh, there's 10 chapters to study for science. How awesome is that?! Sense the sarcasm? If you don't, you're insane. Well, whatever. I just hope i'm gonna do okay for the 5 common tests.
*crosses fingers*

Oh yeah, my family is obsessed with Prison Break. We rented the whole of Season 1 and watched it over the weekend. It was AWESOME, baybehh! I wanna watch all of the other seasons. Soon, soon, once common tests are over. Till then.

I went out with FAZLIANA dearest on Monday and we had great fun, of course. We haven't met for 3 years, since we left primary school. Pretty long, huh? She's still like the fazliana i know during primary school, she haven't changed, i'm relieved. We had loads to talk about, great fun gossiping of course. Huahua. See you anytime now, babe. (:

School was tiring last week. I got sent home on monday for fever. Mc for two days. Gosh. Next week's gonna be one hell of a week. I don't even have time for myself anymore. 6 coming tests and next two weeks are common tests week. No time to blog. Loads to study for. Wish me luck.

I have never been happier to hear the word postpone come out from somebody's mouth.
Guess whuatt? (!) I think this is super good news for everyone.
Common tests are postponed, the first common test will be pushed back to 20th July.
WOOHOO, i dun have to rush through my revision and there's more time to study.
How awesome is that, mann?

10th anniversary is tomorrow, pretty nervous, i better not screw up when the GOH arrives.
I can do it, baybehh, yes I can! Must be optimistic, what, right? I'm not a pessimist anymore! :D
This week's been tiring, eng holiday hwk to finish & 10th annv rehearsals = not enough sleep.
So, i'm gonna go sleep as much as I want tonight, since I'll only have to reach school at 3 tmr.
Finally, i've waited long for tomorrow, i'm gonna catch up on as much rest as I can.

I am so damn tired after spending the whole friggin' day in school & the national library. I had GOH rehearsal for 10th annv which took up my whole morning. Rushed home to have lunch and got back to school again to head straight to NLB. What for? I was nominated for some Friend of Singa thing. Now, i've got another project to do. FANTASTIC! I'm not even done with the holiday homework yet.

You probably know what that means. I have the same thinking as the whole youth population. I constantly pray for the extension of the holidays. Well, i'm still in the holiday mood, you see. I've still got rehearsal on thursday. Gosh, but, i should probably be grateful. I'm in a much better situation than those in mass dance cause they have so many rehearsals. Guess i should be grateful, huh? For once, i'm thinking optimistically. Huge surprise.

Oh yeah, before i forget, I had a fantastic & awesome & great time with kitty(!) yesterday. We finally made time to meet up with each other, after like 6 long months. She looks so different nw, more matured but she's still kitty-like. HUHU! ^^ We sat on the rocks, catched up on loads of stuff & went cycling on a double bike. She rode damn fast, i tell you. And, she kept swaying to the side despite constant reminders. She seems to enjoy my screaming, i've got phobia, not of bicycles. It's the phobia of falling from bicycles after swaying to the side repeatedly. Oh, and we sang aloud like mad idiots until passerbys stared at us quizically. We'll meet in 6 months time, kitty? Good luck in whatever you do, babe. Remember the advice I gave you on whatever you told me. (:

I went to East Coast Park just now to have a picnic with my dearest cousins & their families. Of course, the beach there is not as nice as the one on top. That's just a picture of one of my dream vacations. Well, but that's not the point. The point is I had fun lazing around with my cousins & just relaxing. Oh, and of course, cycling while gossiping with liyana on a double bike (!)

Been having loads of fun and lagging behind in homework. Haha, but it's my holidays. So, i'm gonna have as much fun as I can. There's no point in being stressed up both during school terms and holidays. Then, there's no point of holidays at all. I deserve a break. I've been doing all my work faithfully and paying attention in class from January to June. What more do you expect?

Oh yeah, i'm going out again tomorrow to celebrate Father's Day at Hei Sushi and meeting up with kitty at Pasir Ris Park on monday to catch up with each other. Time's running out before Semester 2 starts. Have fun while it lasts!

I went out again today. I know, you'll be like 'how many times have she gone out?'
Sorry, i just can't help it. It's one of the things that cannot be done often during school terms.
I went to Wisma Atria & Far East Plaza with aishah & sue.
If you've been reading my blog, you'd probably know by now that they're my bestfriends.
So yeah, as usual, it's only the three of us, but we still had loads of fun.

Meeting up in the train didn't go as well as planned in the beginning.
I boarded the train at Pasir Ris, the next thing i know they've boarded a diff train from bedok.
So, they got down at Kembangan. I was only at bedok when they took another diff train.
Finally, after all the confusion, they finally got into the same train as me at Eunos.
Guess we should just meet up at a stationary place next time, huh?

We trained all the way to City Hall, then to Orchard and took the shortcut to Wisma Atria.
The first thing we saw had to be Charles & Keith. Sue's crazy over that shop, i swear.
But, i can't possibly blame her, i go crazy over certain shops at times. Huhu! ^^
While sue looked around, me & babe decided to take a look at Forever 21.
Cotton On was beside Forever 21. There were like so many shops & the stuff were on sale.
I'm seriously gonna save up my money & go on a shopping spree someday.

My someday's probably a million donkey years later, just wait. But, i'm gonna do it.
And, and, and, i seriously really want this hot pink clutch from MANGO.
Since it was on sale, it was only $39. Maybe, only's not the word, but it's MANGO.
Oh gosh, i seriously need to buy a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of stuff.
I just feel like saving $500 and spend everything at the end of year sales.

Oh yes, just to irritate you, i'm going out again tomorrow.

Awesome, fun, crazy, funny, happy & lame day with my dearests babes today!
It was a form of belated birthday celebration for the pretty hawk. (:
We went to E!HUB first to catch Ghosts Of Girlfriends' Past. The movie was awesome.
All those guys who keep changing girlfriends should go and watch it, it'll teach you. LOL.
The movie was kinda touching at times, though.

We headed to Haji Lane after that. And, it was a pretty bad experience.
We've vowed never to go back to that place ever again. It's kinda freaky, really.
So, we went back to Bugis Junction & walked around.
Of course, whenever we go to BJ, me & sue will have this urge to go to Face Shop & Watsons'.
Aishah's not into the same hobby as us, sadly. What hobby? Only we know. LOL.

SPECIALIST COURSE!

I'm back, i'm back, i'm back from SPECIALIST COURSE! And, I passed out as a 3SGT.
WEEHOO! I thought i was going to hate the whole course and it would be 4 days of torture.
But, what i thought turned out to be wrong. The whole course was fun & awesome!
The camp was damn tiring but super fun too. I'll give a summary of the whole camp.

The girls and I were grouped into the same platoon, thank goodness. There were loads of guys.
But, the guys were pretty friendly and they shared whatever they knew with us.
Our bunk was at the 5th level & we had to get use to climbing up the stairs for the next 3 days.
Oh yeah, before I forget, I was in Golf Company, Platoon 7(Pokemon). Cool, huh?
I got two awesome & nice sirs, Sir Gabriel & Sir Riduwan. They sure made the camp fun.
Of course, we had to maintain our discipline and all, but they knew when to be strict and fun.
The first day was mostly about lectures, settling in and practicing for tmr's tests.

The next day was mostly filled with tests. I was pretty nervous for everything.
Typical me, when am I ever not nervous? Well, I think I did okay for most of the tests.
Finished all of them on time except for the stripping & assembling of M16S1.
I forgot to turn the rifle to safe during stripping & i didn't have enough time for assembling.
Urgh, my stupid firing pin screwed the whole thing. Dang.
The second day was pretty stressing and we did peer appraisal at the end of the day.

The third day was basically LOADS of fun though we had to march long distances.`
We went to SDC first to use the GPS technology,
take a photo and complete a quiz in the army museum all with a friggin' cool phone.
Pretty cool, huh? After that, we went to play a board game.
Then, we had our GSK & Physical Fitness test. At night, we went for IGTS.
SUPER DAMN CRAZY AND AWESOME FUN!

The last day was just cleaning up of our bunks and some lectures.
Then, we had platoon photos and Passing Out Parade.
We were given our certs and ranks. Then, we waited for the bus back to Joo Koon MRT.
From there, we trained all the way back to Pasir Ris.
And of course, when I reached home, I bathed and slept all the way till today.

Basically, I had an awesome time at Spec Course. It wasn't torture, after all.
It was a camp which disciplined us to become leaders but have fun at the same time.
I'll always remember this time when i was a CPL at East District, Phase 2, Spec Course.
God knows how relieved i felt when i opened the envelope and saw the ranks & cookie inside.
I just felt the great sense of achievement and how the 4 days i spent wasn't wasted at all.

I'll miss my whole Golf Company, my Platoon(Pokemon) always.
I'll miss the stupid, lame and funny jokes my platoon mates shared.
I'll miss setting aini's phone alarm at 5.15 and snoozing it until 6 instead.
I'll miss running with the girls to our training shed cause we were late to fall in.
I'll miss panting with them after having climbing the steps to our bunk at the 5th floor.

And, I'll miss everyone I made friends with during those 4 days.
Wait, now, i'm gonna try and remember all the names of those i got to know during the course.
Seok Zhen, Syed, Ridzuan, Nas, Nurman, Ithnin, Max, Johnathan, Haikal, Muhammad, Nurfirman, Raihan, Irfan, Alfin, I'll miss you guys!
Hopefully I'll see you guys again someday.

I had an awesome & fun time at Wild Wild Wet Yesterday! Aunty had 7 free tickets.
Since there were 2 free tickets left unused, I decided to ask aishah & sue along.
Me and aishah had to do our malay project anyway.
The whole time there was great. We basically just acted like small kids.
Guess it was a great start to the holidays.

So yeah, school's officially closed and it's time for june holidays.
Don't wish to talk about the shitload i've got dumped in my face.
WTH are holidays for if you got classes & homework to accompany you?
Seriously, we might as well just have normal school days.
Oh, i got spec course next tuesday to friday. And yes, i am freaking out BADLY.
Wish me luck, please. I wanna get it over & done with already.

I went out with my crazy, superb and pretty babes just now.
Surekka, the tall one with the model figure and S. Aishah, the pretty one with fair skin.
Of course, it was as crazy as always. We did lots of stupid things and it was helluva fun.
Especially, the lipstick incident. Oh gosh, that was pretty embarassing.
Of course, all of us were tempted to buy lots of NICE stuffs.
Everybody bought something except me, i'm pretty broke, you see.
HAHA. Nvm, just wait, 15 years later, i'll get to buy whatever i want. MUAHAHAH.

Well, you probably know what i'm going to say by now.
What other than 'THE MID-YEAR EXAMS ARE OVER'?
Ohmygod, how friggin' cool is that? I don't have to mug anymore and i can do whatever i like.
That's the good news. Of course, there has to be bad news, right?
Life's not sunshine all year round.

So yeah, neither my computer nor laptop have been repaired. One has a spoiled hard disk.
The other has a loose wire. I'm pretty unlucky, from the way you look at it.
You must be wondering where i'm blogging from. Surprise, surprise!
I'm blogging from my father's cool, small, work laptop. But, it hangs most of the time. BOO.

But, well, whatever, exams are over, it's time to go out again, have fun and just be myself.
That calls for a big celebration, don't you think?
That's the reason why my babes and i went to celebrate by eating ais kacang at Downtown.
It was fun, serious. They came out with all these funny stuff which of course, made me laugh.

I'M SICK!
So, i didn't turn up for school today. I went to the doctor instead after i woke up at 9.
I'm having running & block nose, sore throat & cough. The doc says i caught the throat infection.
I probably missed loads of stuff at school, like 5 periods of POA and Eng and SS Test.

But, i guess, it was good to stay at home for just one day. Pretty relaxing.
I slept like a log, i think, because the medicine made me drowsy like hell.
Nevertheless, i woke up after that to continue with my revision and whatever homework.
Oh yeah, yesterday's POA lesson was fun since there were 3 relief periods.
Slacked, joked and laughed with jaga, sue & amani.

Amani introduced a new word to me.
It's called PSYCHOPATH!
Random.
And, thank you dearest S. Aishah, my babe, for collecting all my ws/hwk for me.

I went out the whole day yesterday and had lots and lots of fun.
Well, saturdays are always fun for me because i'm always free and there's lots of stuff to do.
I went to Anchor Point & Queensway in the afternoon with liyana to look for presents.
Found only 1 out of 4 of the presents for the birthday babies.
I guess we'll have to go for another round of present-hunting, right?

After walking around the malls and not finding anything, we decided to chill at macs.
Accompanied liyana since she wanted to eat and well, just talked about our lives.
Shared our opinions on stuff & of course our problems in school and all.
The usual cousin bonding time.
Very comforting, cause even though she's a year younger than me, she understands.

After that, we went back to grandma's place. Father fetched me at around 5.
Then, he said we're going to JB for dinner with huzaifi's family.
We reached there and ordered the food and all.
So, after I finished eating, i walked at the so called bridge with my bros and huzaifi.
The older ones were talking and all.

And then, something very very traumatising happened.
I felt like crying on the spot, serious. I was like so shocked and so panicked.
Then, of course, i have my three heroes who stood up for me.
THANK GOODNESS! THANK YOU, GUYS!

Went out of JB at around 9.30. Me and mum sang 'CAMELIA' in the car all the way.
Entertainment for bros and father since the songs on the radio were boring. LOL.
Reached home at around 10 plus. And, of course, I had a good night's sleeeeeeep.
Serious, i've been sleeping a lot.

I'm a happy person because i got my ic yesterday. Yay me!
I know, you guys will be like 'oh, ic only, i thought what'. But, for me, it's a big thing. Haha.

The girls' birthday party at West Coast was a blast even though it was at night.
I had lotsa fun. I got sabotaged a few times, but nvm. I can take it.
We played dog & bone first. Super friggin' fun.
Everyone wanted to win, so we were like BOO-ing the team who didn't get the ball.
I think my team won the second time. Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

After that, we went to play pyramid. It was a great game . I got partnered with lulul, i think.
We won second. Yay! We reached quite late and everyone wanted to go home and all.
So yeah, time flies when you're having fun. Nvm nvm, went home at 12, i think.
And, of course, i skipped Teens Alive today. Haha.

I couldn't take pictures cause i didn't bring my camera. BOO ME!
But, it was at night, so i'd have to use flash all the time if i wanted to take pics also.

It's the last day of the March holidays. And, as you can see, I'm not ready for school.
I'm ready with all the homework, books and whatever stuff you need.
But, i'm not ready emotionally. I still want to laze around at home and do whatever i want to.
Which, unfortunately, will not happen in the near future. How sad, come to think of it.

If only school was purely about learning and making friends. Like, no homework, tests, exams.
I don't mind a lil' homework but it would be great if there were no tests and exams.
Wouldn't it be? I bet all of you agree with me. But, whatever.
We still have to make do with whatever we have don't we?

It's not like we can sulk all day long and not go to school/skip school/be home schooled.
Um, i guess i've still got to go pack my stuff for school later.
Unless, i can hide in a rock or something and go to school when i'm ready.

So yeah, basically nothing much happened today. We had brunch at swensens.
Had my usual fish & chips which of course tasted awesome. I don't have to emphasise on it.
Then, all of us shared black pepper spaghetti before having ice cream for dessert.

*DRUM ROLLS* Nabilah is officially done with her homework.
Omg, i myself cannot believe it. All that crap shitty stuff is done.
The problem is i cannot print my malay compo cause my computer crashed. It died on me.

I guess it hates me. Ouch. My mum printed the compo and turns out to be, it's the wrong draft.
So, she teared it away and went to print the new one.
And then, magic happens. The computer just died when the compo was printing. Like, wth.
DAMNNNNNNNNNNNIT! Stupid computer, this laptop is so much better. Woooohoooo.
And, i thought this laptop sucks. K, whatever.

So, how in the world, am i suppose to print pictures for my NCC IFC board?
I bet even the smartest people on earth cannot answer that question.
Urgh, school's reopening in a few days time.

My parents cancelled our plan to go to JB and sleepover at my grandma's place.
Instead, my mum treated us to hi-tea at Carousel at Royal Plaza On Scotts.
The place is beautiful, i tell you. Of course, we took like lots and lots of peek-tures.
And, the food is like delicious and there was a whole spread of food.
Really, there were lots of food. You name it, you have it.

Japanese food, Malay food, Indian food and other sorts of foods.
My stomach was bloated by the time i got out of the restaurant.
The food was super tempting and delicious. Especially the desserts.
The chocolate fondue is super friggin' nice. Really really honest to goodness nice.
Thanks IBU for the treat. Next time, we shall go there again for another treat, alrite?

I am so jealous of my father because he got the phone i wanted.
The NEW 5800 touch Express Music phone. Omg, i'm practically dying for that phone.

I AM FRIGGIN' EXHAUSTED! I spent almost the whole day today doing homework.
Seriously, i don't even think i've got a life anymore. It's suppose to be a holiday, for god's sake.
I cannot even read my storybook which i'm desperately trying to finish.

So, after spending all that time on homework, i finally finished my MATHS & POA assignments.
Thank Goodness. I'm still left with physics, english, malay and social studies.

I didn't attend the NCC unit camp cause i had fever and this irritating headache which kills.
And, my body is like made up of jellies and not bones. I feel so weak.
To think that there are tons of homework to be done.
The sight of all the homework makes me want to puke. It makes me sick, really.

I probably missed the moment where everyone gets to know who in our part gets the posts.
Gosh, i miss that friggin' moment. Maybe, i'll call jaga/nuraini tomorrow and find out.
So, i finished only half of my maths homework today.
Can't even bring myself to do the rest. I want my holidays, for god's sake.

Oh yeah, before i forgot, 3/6 got second place for the sec 3 level in cheering comp.
Our cheer must be damn good since we didn't have class tee and all.

This week's been really really tiring. Yes, the holidays are coming. But, well.
Everyone knows holidays aren't really holidays. It's just one week of holidays.
But, i've got special 'friends' to accompany me during the holidays.
Meet my special 'friends'. They are called homework. And, there are lots of them.

I really don't understand the reason in having so much homework.
Then, what in the world is the point of having holidays? I don't mind having some homework.
But, this quantity of homework definitely exceeds some. When can I have a holiday?
A real holiday where I can just rest, relax and rejuvenate? When? In my dreams, maybe.

So yeah, i received all my weekend homeworks today. You name it, you have it.
English, Malay, Maths, Physics, POA, Combined Humanities.
I'm actually surprised there's no Chemistry holiday homework.
So yeah, i already got two compositions for English and Malay. Gosh.
And, i still got my IFC NCC mutual board which i have to do but have no friggin' idea how to do.

Guess what? I feel like exchanging my life for one day with my grandparents..
Really, it's not a joke or anything, i really would want to. I mean no homework, nothing.
You are free to do whatever you want. I mean, isn't that great?

I had a really busy day, yesterday. I went from one place to another.
Went to syahira's birthday party first. None of her other friends were there yet.
So, we caught up with each other and talked non-stop about each other's lives.
It was awesome. Finally got to meet her after such a long time.

After that, rushed to my grandma's house to visit here cause we thought she was sick.
Turns out, she was sick. So, we brought her to TTSH and waited for the doctor.
My grandma had to be admitted to a ward so we waited. At 10, we went up to the ward.
Visited her for a while before going back home. Slept at 11 ish.
GET WELL SOON, GRANDMA.

I'm off to the hospital.
So, anw, guess what? I have this thrill when i go to hospitals. Surprisingly, i have no idea why.
Hospitals have this familiar medicine smell you can find nowhere else.
So yeah, and i just love how everyone are on task to save lives.
Cool, huh? So, now i feel like becoming a nurse.

Well, today was quite a BAD day. I wasn't in the mood to do anything.
I was angry, frustrated, sad, mad and I felt cheated.
Well, that's what happens when you're gullible like me. You are too nice to people.
The problem is that not everyone is nice to you back. So, yeah, that's what happens.
That's why i'm teaching myself to be stronger and not fall for these traps.
It just hurts your feelings badly, that's all. And, the person who did that doesn't even care.
It's PAINFUL and it hurts more than you will ever know. So, try and understand me.

Close friends will know why i'm feeling all this and they cheered me up a little, tyvm.

My weekend was awesome. I had lots of fun hanging around with my loved ones.
Jebat's birthday party was held yesterday and the birthday party was great fun.
We played charade and some other games. It was girls vs boys. The girls lost.
But, who cares. It was still fun and there were laughters all over the house.
Seeing jebat unwrapping his presents, i realised i really missed those times when i was a kid.
Like you don't have a care in the world. And, the joy on his face when he gets a present he likes.
It's undescribable. Had a really great time and reached home at around midnight.
Slept well and skipped teens alive since i was really tired.

Went out with Aishah today. And, of course we acted all crazy and laughed at the littlest things.
Walked around TM first since aishah wanted to go to Charles And Keith.
Trained to bugis after that. Walked around Fox, Topshop and Dorothy Perkins.
Nice stuff, nice price. Aishah was practically obsessed with all the rings we saw.
Bumped into aunties at Bugis Junction. According to aishah, my aunties are cool.
Well, of course. My aunties rock my socks. (:
It rained heavily so we went to eat at macs. Aishah had McSpicy and of course for me, nuggets.
Around 5.30, trained back to pasir ris. Gosh, the train was packed. Could hardly breathe.
My father fetched me since it was raining and aishah went home.

The end of another tiring week. And, of course, i'm looking forward to this weekend.
Lots of fun things to look forward to. So, i realised one thing. I MISS 2/5'08!
I miss the bond all of us had, the way our class was always lively, happening.
No one was rude and there were very pleasant lessons in class.
And, i miss that kind of environment, the whole class and the atmosphere.

Yes, i'm trying my very best to appreciate 3/6. I'm trying to get a move on with my life.
But, i just can't find that togetherness 2/5 used to have and all the lively lessons.
The lessons are always interrupted by one thing or another.
Maybe, 3/6 will bond together one day, I'll never know.
But, i'm crossing my fingers for that to happen. And, i'll hope for it every single day.

So, today's POA common test was okay. It wasn't as easy as the class test last week, though.
This was a little bit trickier than the test last week. Hope i'll do well for it.
Since, the only subjects i hope i can do well for are english, malay, social studies and poa.

Maths common test killed me. It literally killed me. After 3 years in sec school, it still kills me.
How sad. I wish i could like walk out of the class after a maths paper with a smile on my face.
I wish i could complete all the questions in the maths paper without so many difficulties.
And, of course, i, for once, would like to pass a maths paper with flying colours.
But, well, both you and i know that it's not going to happen in the near future.

So, that basically described my weakness in maths and how much i DESPISE the subject.
And, of course, i don't even have any bit of confidence that i will pass the paper.
Well, there's nothing i can do about it, isn't it? But, come to think of it, maths sucks.
As in, i'm fine with calculations and all. But, frankly speaking, tell me, do we use algebra?
In our daily lives? Do we? Do we talk in algebra language, have chocolates priced at $5x?
If we do, then i'll be glad to actually learn algebra, standard form, indices or what have you.

MATHS, try and be nice to me next time, although you know how much i hate you.

Cambodia Trip 2008

I was looking through the the pictures of last year's cambodia trip in the compiled cd.
And, i realised that i miss Cambodia. Everything about it. I really miss everything about the trip.
The food, those super sweet mangoes and the team, my family members for 11 days.
But, the thing i really miss is the time i spent with the kids at Chres. I really miss them.

I miss the way they make an effort to remember my name and say hello every morning.
Their really sweet smiles towards you which i swear will brighten up your day.
And, the way they are contented and happy with the simple things we have in life.
These kids really appreciate, love and treasure you.
And, they are so much different than the kids in Singapore.
The kids there care to learn even though we've taught them the same dance repeatedly.

They don't complain of tiredness, boredness or put on sulky faces like what we see here in Singapore.
They smile everyday with those little things they have in life.
That's the reason why everyone cried on the last day that we could spent together with them.
And, the kids actually cried too. The bond that we've build with them is really strong.
Even now, when i see the pictures taken during the trip, i remember those times spent.

Science common test on friday was super hard. I didn't finish my chemistry paper. *GASPS*
I already lost 3 marks for the paper since i didn't finish that stupid graph question.
What you expect? There's like only one hour to finish 14 pages worth of questions.
2 papers down, 2 more to go.

I had to go back to school today for maths remedial in the morning.
There goes the day i've been waiting for all week.
I just wanna sleep peacefully for one day in a week.
Saturday is the only day that i can sleep without disturbance.
Without people having to wake me up for school, religious class, whatever.
Gosh.
I still don't get the square method for maths. DIE.

Anyway, i went to AMK Hub for the first time just now with cousins.
The place was okay. There was this really cool shop with really awesome shirts.
But, of course, i couldn't buy them since i didn't bring any money.
The shirts are really cool with all these funky designs.
I WANT! I WANT! I WANT!

I went for the 42nd memorial service with aishah at the war memorial in Park Beach Road.
Aishah was almost late to board the bus provided. Thank god she made in on time.
There were loads of ncc cadets, scouts and SJAB cadets. It was quite a solemn occassion.
Thanks aishah for accompanying me for the memorial service. We sure had loads of laughs.

Went to eat at macs at WS after the memorial service.
Then, aishah came to my house for a while since i wanted to go back to WS library.
Packed all the library books and took the bus back to WS.
Went to macs since aishah was craving for fries, chatted a little while,
then went to return the books.
After that, we went our separate ways.

Aishah babe, you're gonna have a blast on your birthday this year.

It's VALENTINE'S DAY. Guess what i saw when i went to Tampines Mall?
All the couples were like holding hands, hugging each other and what nots.
And, all the women were like carrying bouquets with teddy bears in the middle of them.

I'm not trying to be offensive here. But, have you guys ever wondered?
Valentine's Day is like the day when everyone showers one another with love.
Why not shower your girlfriend/boyfriend with love everyday?

Like, you just cannot be bothered about other people or whatever they want to do.
Like, you want to stop caring about other people's feeling cause you're just so so tired.
It feels as though you wanna break out of a cage and just do whatever you wanna do.
You can scream, shout, laugh, cry, whatever.
You don't have to care whether you are gonna break someone's feelings or not.
Because, the truth is, sometimes, they don't care about you.

I was a little pissed off today. And, when i'm pissed off, i just shout at people.
Sorry to those whom i shouted to. First of all, i had this irritating headache.
Secondly, almost everybody did not bother to hand in their maths hwk to me without me asking.

Anw, i'm pretty stressed out right now. I have like FIVE tests next week.
If i can't study for them all, i am dead, dead, dead.
And, the following weeks are common tests weeks. I'm absolutely panicky right now.

Oh yeah, studying with huzaifi yesterday was awesome. We really studied.
Basically, i finished studying for my SS test with him. Yeaaaaah. One subject done. 4 to go.
And, after 3 years of struggling, i finally understood how to read the vernier calipers.
I totally owe you, huzaifi. You make for a great tutor.

And, FRIDAYS are like the best days ever. First, it's the end of a tiring week.
Secondly, there's lessons with mdm kala and mr lim on friday.
Fridays are i'mlaughingsohardi'mabouttocry days.
Now, the joke of the day. I swear i was laughing like crap.

Azlin had to go down because she got caught or something.
Then, everyone was like asking her to buy McDonald's meals for them.
You name it, you have it. Some were asking for twister fries, prosperity burger, all that.

Then,
Mr Lim: Class, enough already.
Then, he added.
Mr Lim: Azlin, one more BIG MAC meal.
Of course, everyone was like laughing and laughing and laughing.

Mr Lim's a really awesome teacher.
He totally makes me love physics even though i had this feeling that i would hate the subject.
I totally look forward to every physics lesson. I hope i'll ace the test.
I know how to read the vernier calipers and micrometer screw gauge.
Now, i'll just have to work on my non-parallel vectors.

Another week at school, and as usual, mr lim and mdm kala never fail to make me laugh.
I swear surekka and me will look at each other and just start bursting into laughter.
And, i mean those kind of ohmygodmystomachhurts kind of laughter.
Mr Lim's sarcasm is just funny. Well, same goes to mdm kala.

For example, Wei Yang was like, "Cher, have you met a spartan?" Guess what mdm kala said?
She said, "I'm meeting one right now." Hahahahahahahah. Funny sia.
I'm starting to prefer physics waaaaay more than chemistry cause of mr lim.
But, no matter what, i still don't know how to read the reading on the vernier calipers.

From secondary 1 to 3, i've been struggling to read it. I mean, how do you guys do it?
I'll just go pick random numbers to fill in the blank.
I BETTER START LEARNING HOW TO READ IT.
I think i'm gonna skip teens alive tomorrow. I've been tired this whole week, no idea why.

My chinese new year holiday was spent with my dearests together with nature.
Our plan was to go to Jurong East Swimming Complex and splash in the water.
Unfortunately, when we reached there, the swimming pool was closed.
Well, Singapore looks like a dead city during the Chinese New Year holidays.
So, we decided to hang out at West Coast Park for a while and have our breakfast.

After that, we went to grandmum's house. Some slept, some played soccer, some did nothing.
Huzaifi decided to take me for a bicycle ride. It was great but i was so terribly afraid.
He was like peddling so fast.
Gosh, you gotta slow down a bit, kay? The ride was still awesome, though.

At around 5, we decided to take the hike up Mount Faber. My suggestion, of course.
So, we took bus 100. Started the walk at Alexandra Arch and through the forest walk.
We reached Telok Blangah Hill first. Admired the scenery. Then, to Henderson Waves.
There were lotsa people, of course. After Henderson Waves, we went to Mount Faber.
Took some pictures while waiting for the sunset.
After the sunset, we went down Marang Trail.

I enjoyed the outing terribly.

The barbeque at pasir ris park yesterday went well. I reached there at around 5.
I pitched the tents with whoever was there and waited for the rest.
At 9, we had our version of don't forget the lyrics. Credits to makbusu.
It was awesome, really. Though, at some point, i felt as though it was like a sing-along session.

We finished the game at around 1 in the morning. They wanted to play a game of rugby next.
But, i was too sleepy to even talk. I went to sleep in one of the tents. It was really windy.
I woke up at 4 plus and went to chat with huzaifi and my bro.
They didn't even get a wink of sleep. How can they possibly do that? I'm amazed, really.

When huzaifi went home at 6 to get some sleep before his life saving course, i slept again.
And, woke up at around 7 plus. After that, we unpitched the tents and packed up.
Reached home at around 9. Bathed and went to sleep until four. And, now, imma sleep again.
It's all about sleep, i guess.

Basically, the barbeque was great. I should plan on having an amazing race on the next bbq.
It'll be cool.

I just got back from the camp at Mount Faber Safra and i am exhausted. I need lotsa sleep.
The camp was okay, overall. The first day's always the worst. The second day was better.
I absolutely enjoyed the amazing race and water activities.
And of course, the SCARIEST night walk i've ever gone through.

Imagine walking with only two of your friends through the trail up Mount Faber late at night?
That's not the worst.
Some fake ghosts, which i swear looked like real ones, will scare the shit outta you.
They were all dressed in white and didn't move an inch.
Me, radiah and nisa were practically screaming and running the whole way.
We were gasping for breath when we reached Mount Faber.

Thank heavens they didn't hang any fake ghosts heads which could drop on you any time.
If not, i'd probably just faint on the spot. Oh yeah, the campfire was great too.
Although we had so little time, i think we did a really awesome cheer.
And, i found out how the quiet ones in class can really be outspoken and really enthusiastic.

I'll miss trainer LIYANA and trainer JIAHAO.
You guys are the best. Hopefully, we'll get to meet each other again.

Guess what? I spent 18 bucks on a new SIM card. But now, i cannot unlock my phone.
RIDICULOUS!
I know it's partly my fault because i anyhow test the security codes.
But then, some phone security codes can be cracked easily.
My phone security code can only be changed if i pay singtel to crack the code.

I heard from my father that it cause 50 bucks. How friggin' ridiculous is that?
Oh my god, really. So, now i have to use my mom's old phone.
No camera, no music player, no themes, NOTHING.
This is so frustrating. I'm planning to change my phone on the 24th of january.
1 year after buying that stupid phone.

However, i have to add 100 bucks to any phone that i wish to buy.
Which is such a waste of money.
I have no idea whether i can trade in my phone.
Anyone knows whether a locked phone can be traded in?

I know i sound like someone who complains about everything. But, i had to. Now, i can't even contact anyone whether they're coming for tomorrow's class deco or not. I've just realised that technology plays a HUGE part in our daily lives. Probably, i should emphasise on MEGA, instead.

Anyway, i went for teens alive for the first time just now. Well, it was okay la.

Well, it's the end of the first week of school. I'll say the first week went perfectly fine.
Of course, there were ups and downs and stuff. But, it was okay, overall.
Been getting along quite fine with the new classmates and teachers.

However, i was randomly picked to become the maths representative again. Ouch.
Maths rep? I don't mind, actually. The problem is i have to go chasing people for their hwk.
And, frankly speaking, i'm not too excited to do that. But, i still hope i can be responsible enough.
Let's say i'll just remind everyone. I'll collect for those who passes up.
For those who don't, there's probably nothing i can do.

Oh yeah, there will be two NCC trainings every week starting from next week.
I want to try to be more devoted to NCC. So, i don't have to sulk and frown for every training.
Another new year's resolution. I learnt from first week's CW that it's better to call it New Life Discipline? Cool, huh? I mean, every year, everyone's like "MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS ARE...." Yeaah, i'm afraid i do the same too. So, how about try something different next year?

so, the outing to singapore zoo went as planned.
i was punctual, reached the meeting place even earlier than supposed to.
yay, i finally can be punctual.

so, from city hall, syimah called to change the plan.
had to take the mrt to raffles place instead.
from there, headed to khatib.
my aunty's company provided a shuttle bus to the zoo.
went to the family day first.
i took the candy floss and i so regretted it.
it was sticking to my shirt, my hair, my hands, everything.
i can never eat stuff like ice cream, candy floss and whatsoever without dirtying myself.
how sad.
after the family day, we went to have a boat ride to the other side of the zoo.
went around to see the animals and stuff.
great day spent with my dearests.
we won't get to have this kind of outings as often when school reopens.

the trip to malaysia was great.
though, really short.
as it is, whenever you spend time with your loved ones, time flies.
the jam at the causeway was excruciatingly long.
we checked in the airport at about 2 and went for lunch.
and, went swimming straight after that.
the swimming pool was ice cold.
well, it's like 24 degrees and it's on the 11th floor.
expected.
and, it's awesomely fun to play hide at seek at 12 a.m. in the morning when the adults are sleeping.
oh, and we went to catch a movie yesterday before leaving for singapore.
the guys went to catch a malay horror movie.
the girls went to watch twilight.
yes, i admit the movie's great and yes aqilah, edward is hot.

so anw, the boys came out of the theatre telling us about the movie.

i went back to epps today to accompany my brother to take his PSLE results.
and, i recalled what happened two years ago when i was one of them.
waiting nervously to collect the results as the principle droned on and on.
and, the aftermath, when some were hugging one another, some crying, some shouting.
crying because they got lousy results.
crying because they got really good results.
crying because they'll miss their friends.
some even gave farewell letters.
i'm proud to admit that i would do anything to go back to primary school.
i really miss primary school.
yes, i know there are some who said they've moved on.
they've started enjoying their sec school lives more than they will ever enjoy their primary school lives.
seriously speaking, i dunno if i'll ever be one of them.

as usual, i didn't take any roller coasters.

i had a hell of a fun day.

met up at pr interchnge in the morning.

but, yet again, me and my brothers were late.

so, tried most of the rides.

first up was the HAUNTED II.

yes, it was scary.

especially for a scaredy cat like me.

huzaifi went first.

i was like tugging at his shirt the whole time.

the rest were like tugging on my bag.

after that, we took some other rides.

and, i am not ashamed to say, kiddy rides too.

i miss being a kid.

when life was just about being happy, no problems.

oh yeah, i tried the family coaster.

after that, i went dizzy.

that's the reason why i don't take roller coasters.

i seriously dunno why there's so many people queing up to take the pirate ship.

i swear i'll never ever take a pirate ship in my life again after one experience.

i love the wet and wild ride.

after i came out of the boat, i was drenched.

like i just finished bathing.

around 3, we ate at KFC and then, went to E! HUB to take neos.

saw this really cool shop there which lets you customize your own shirts.

i'm so gonna make one for myself when i have the money.

went to school with aunty for cambodia ptm at around 5.30.

then, bused to WS since aunty wanted to look for her shoes.

so, today did come no matter how much i dreaded it.
i broke down while hugging my parents at home.
i just kept crying and crying.
went to the airport at around 9.
and, i looked awful.
i didn't even care to comb my hair or whatsoever.
who cares about looking nice when your parents are leaving you for a month?
and, met my other cousins.
and of course, my grandparents who were going for haj too.
had around two hours to spend with my parents and grams.
i cried with my cousin since she'll be missing my grams too as they are living with her.
so, at around 11.45, my parents and grams had to leave.
hugged them again.
and then, they went inside the departure hall.
obviously, i was crying so badly.
i waved at them and all.

mum, dad, grams, have a safe trip.
insyallah, i'll see you in 32 days time.

i went back to EPPS yesterday to watch the prize presentation since my brother was taking an award.

i am super proud of my brother.

i gotta take some of his brains for myself.
he got best in malay and maths for the whole of the P4 level.
oh yeah, i saw fairuz tooo.

she was there to watch her sister get the 2nd in class award.

after that, went to E! HUB with surekka bby.
and finished up some homework.
went to eat at BBQ CHICKEN first before going to Coffee Bean.
we shared the caramel drink and it tasted awesome.
while finishing homework, we caught up with each other.

i felt so much better after talking to her.

and omg, i love the seventeen dollars notebook she bought from BORDERS.
i would love to buy a smaller version of it.

hello.

went back to school today to watch sharekk record their song.

omg, i love their voices and that new song.

freaking nice.

i just love the way their voices blend in nicely, making the song perfect.

i had to rush back home since i was going out with melissa.

we met up at E HUB and watched sing to the dawn.

and, it turns out i love the movie.

it teaches you about life.

so, actually, we wanted to watch the coffin.

but then, many said the movie's not too good.

have been real busy.
kenduri was great, although, i had to wash plates.

met up with valerie first and we wanted to go on for our treasure hunt to find the pit.

then, saw farhan y and asyraf.

they were supposed to lead us to the pit.

but, we ended up leading them there instead.

i managed to escape water bombs except for one from nazir.

and, valerie managed to draw my hands with charcoals.

went bowling at E HUB's marine bowl with bestie today.
even though we were quite short of time, we had time to catch up with each other.
took some pictures only, though.
since, my camera batt went dead quite early.
so, again, i was late by 20 mins.
haha.
because, i was so blur today.
i walked all the way to the 359, 58 and 88 bus stop.
only when i reached there, i realised that i was going to E HUB and had to take 358.
so, i had to make one big round to walk to the 358 bus stop.
and, i missed two 358 busses.
so, had to wait quite long for the other one.
explains why i was late.
but, going bowling in the morning is great.
cause the place is not packed since it just opened.

had an awesome time with elisya today.

and, surprisingly, elisya was the one who waited for me.

since, i was late by about 10 minutes.

met up at pasir ris interchange.

then, trained to simei since elisya wanted to look for her vest.

reached simei and this fashion wasn't opened yet.

so, went to tanah merah instead.

from there, boarded the train to changi airport.

and, when we reached, we were awed by the beauty of the whole building.

bought 100g chocolates at candy empire first.

i swear we were like 3 year old kids! :D

after that, found a comfortable sofa at kopitiam and did our homework.

maths is a bore.

had lunch after around 1 hour plus.

and then, had a tour of T3.

i love the roof of the building.

beautiful, i swear.

took pictures here and there.

then, went to the viewing mall.

but, there were no planes flying off or whatsoever.

then, went to simei again.

elisya looked for her vest at this fashion but couldn't find it.

after that, went to pasir ris library so that she could return her library book.

then, we parted ways.

5 minutes after that, elisya sms-ed saying i forgot to return her foolscap.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

cause, she asked me to keep it for her for awhile since her bag was heavy.
